  • Personal details such as name, email address, phone number, and billing information.

  • All client data is stored securely and accessed only by authorized personnel.
  • We use technical and organizational safeguards to protect against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
  • Client manuscripts and files are never reused, resold, or shared for any purpose.

Refund Policy

Scholarly Academic Support aims for complete client satisfaction and maintains a fair refund policy. Refund eligibility depends on the nature and progress of the service.

Refunds Are Not Applicable If:
  • A customized or special service package has been purchased.
  • The initial draft or service delivery has been approved.
  • Revisions have been requested or delivered.
  • Editing, proofreading, formatting, or publication related services have commenced.
  • The client remains unresponsive for more than 14 consecutive days.
  • The project is placed on hold at the client’s request.
  • Company policies or ethical guidelines are violated.
  • Incomplete or inaccurate project requirements are provided.
  • A full or partial redraft has already been delivered.
  • Refunds are requested due to a change of mind or internal academic decisions.

In select cases, partial refunds (up to 50%) may be considered after internal review and consultation with the assigned Project Manager.

Additional Terms

  • Cancellations within 24 hours of order placement (before work begins) are subject to a 35% administrative fee.
  • Orders canceled prior to initiation for non service related reasons also incur a 35% processing fee.
  • Refunds based solely on a change of mind are not eligible.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 30 business days.
